Duplicate Data Role Issue in the instance

Hello Team,

While migrating roles from the UAT instance to Production, we are facing an issue where a Data Role appears twice with the same Data Role Name and Role Code under the Manage Data Role and Security Profiles task. However, in the Security Console, the Data Role appears only once.

Could you please assist in resolving this discrepancy as a priority? This issue is occurring in the Production instance.
