System throws error while trying to add a favorite to the transaction

Hi Team,

I have created Process Invocation rules and an Action that lets users add favorites to the transaction. Once the user creates a favorite out of the model he configured and tries to add it to the transaction, the system throws an error and prompts the user to reconfigure the favorite.

And this doesn't happen all the time, but for most of the times.

Looking out for some help/understanding on why this is happening and how to fix it.
