Subinventory Transfer through FBDI

Hi

I am trying to create Sub inventory Transfer through FDBI, I am doing it for the first time. Just Followed the instruction shared over here but when I upload the it and after ESS job it says nothing processed.
Can anyone help me or share any filled FBDI as a sample?

I am trying to create this for Lot and serial enabled items.
