How to map the fields created under a sandbox (Share externally: “Contract Object”) through variables in a clause?

Through this feature offered by Oracle cloud enterprise contracts we can capture data that exceeds the 500 characters that I am limited to when creating DFF but we need to know how we can reference the value typed in this field in a clause to be seen in the “Contract Term”.
