Can Printing History UI display any printer server issue or any performance issue

Summary: Per current behaviour, Printing history UI displays all printing transactions.

There can be a scenario where printer servers are not working properly and while printing, it shows up an error. Can it also be displayed in Printing History UI? Can Users get to know for what reason printing didn't happen?
