SSL Certification Fatal Error

in E-Business Suite

we are using EBS linux protocol TLS 1.2 and it seems like our SAAS link TLS is 1.3. Current version of linux we are using is 7
while The TLS 1.3 compatible connecting with TLS1.2?
or i have to update my linux version and TLS according to SAAS?
Can we only update Linuix TLS without updating the Operating System?
