need to send delivery documents to requestors through schedule mail

Hello Team,

We want to send the delivery documents digitally to individual person at ward level in hospital. How can we achieve this? currently through schedule job we can schedule the reports (i.e. required delivery documents) at certain time every day but it will reach to all people which are configured as a mail recipients. Which is not fulfilling the purpose. Each ward person should get ward specific delievery documents at 12 pm oclock. Kindly suggest the way to achive this.
