For supplier registration approval, I need Oracle to send the approval notification to same user/group in First Stage and again in the second Stage.

(In the First stage, approval request undergoes an initial review - then approval request should go to another user/group as compliance review (by another user/group) - then again approval should go back to the First Stage user/group for final approval (configured in the second stage) )

I see the repeated approval for second stage is getting combined with the first stage as the user/group is same,
