Automatic calculation of UOM conversion

Summary:

Hi, We have requirement to calculate the UOM conversion automatically. We have two UOM's which are used to track the quantities (Feet and Joint).

All the purchase orders are raised in Feet, but supplier ships the material in Joint. Basically storing/purchasing will be on the Primary UOM (Feet) and receiving is on Joint. The conversion ratio from Feet to Joint is also not consistent, It varies every time depending on the ordered quantity

Example: PO1 raised for 100 Feet, but supplier ships it as 30 joints so conversion ratio is 3.33 (100/30)

PO2 raised for 200 feet but supplier ships it as 65 joins so conversion here is 3.07 (200/65)
