Project costing dropdown in editrequisition-header page to be controlled based on DFF value

Hi, there is a requirement to control the values fetched for Project costing dropdown available under edit requisition page in redwood.

Using Express mode, the option to control the REST API is not feasible and in order to build custom extension the flow will be broken.

Please suggest if there is a way to achieve this functionality.
