Absence duration not added in the accrual absence plan

Summary:

We have a scenario where, when an employee logs an absence, the hours duration of that absence will be added to the accrual plan given that the absence is approved by the line manager (This accrual plan is fast formula-driven to add the logged absence hours instead of deducting the hours from the accrual plan).

Issue:

When an employee logged an absence on 03/03/2025 then the line manager did not approved the absence prior to the next accrual run(weekly every monday), the absence duration is not added on the accrual plan that is where we manually add the hours duration on the accrual plan.
