Customer Rebate Issue

Not able to create a claim.

Customer Annual Volume Program is defined and executed. Loaded transactions(Invoiced Sales Orders) successfully. Created Accrual for Volume Programs successfully. The earned amount in showing up in the Checkbook. Tried creating cash receipt in Receivables and manually creating a claim in Channel Revenue Management; Despite both process completing successfully, not able to see the claim created. The transaction console and BPM notification shows the transaction is successfully created. Appreciate your inputs on what could cause this issue and the possible solution. Thank you.
