How to assign data set for fixed asset approval configuration via Rule Spreadsheet

Summary:

Hi,

I would like to use data set assigned in fixed assets mass transactions approval. I already put '$' prefix at Group/ User/ Role Name column as below screenshot,

At row24 in excel, I put prefix as '$' to assign Data Sets I entered in Data Sets sheet

At row37-40, I enter Set Name, Approval and condition.

But when I uploaded this configuration into system, I always show the error.

I tried to disable the row which I assigned for data set and reuploaded it again and it can upload with out any error.

Please suggest me what should I put if I want to use data set in fixed assets mass transactions approval
