how can i generate an audit report on Transaction Data

Summary:

Enhanced search bar released as Version 25.02 has caused accidental updates on multiple transactions. Hence we are looking for an audit report on the transactions which can show list of all transactions , the old values and the new values.

we are able to see the details of the old and new value from teh below screen but opening each and every transaction is not possible. hence we are looking for a report which could provide similar details as shown on the screen.
