    Issues: The reason I'm asking this is because we have excluded category, "NOT PLANNED", in the plan scope and it appears in a Bookings Forecasting Level graph with Bookings Forecasting Level = 0. We were triple checking with others in the community that zero is equal to "Bookings Forecasting Levels" is null because the combination is inactive, and that the engine is not forecasting any of these items at all.

    Today, I've noticed in the Bookings Forecasting Level graph that the engine is still forecasting the excluded category, "NOT PLANNED", at a higher level than 0.
