BI publisher report SQL error ; joining INV_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS

I'm creating report SQL, but when I executed the SQL I got an error.
When I executed the SQL I got an error.
There were no errors before I joined INV_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS.
So I test with just two tables, WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS and INV_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS,
and it is not occured.
I don't get it why the error happened.

I figured out it comes from different datatype, but I don't know which column should I use for joining WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS and INV_TXN_REQUEST_HEADERS.
