Is it possible to allow Line Managers to View Terminated direct reports?

Summary:

We need to allow line managers to view terminated direct reports, specifically in Time and Labor. We would like line managers to still be able to approve, reject, etc. time cards even after their direct report has been terminated. This ability is needed when a worker forgets to enter, submit, or edit a time card before they are terminated. Their time card still needs to be approved by their line manager, but the line manager, by this time, is unable to do so.
