FYI Notification preferences

Summary:

Hello, We have a requirement to turn off email notifications for FYI worklist items. There is a preference in the Worklist → Administration tab to update the notification mode. If we update this to In-app will it impact all the users in the system or just the user who updated it. We are not sure because it is through Administration tab and if Administration is at the system level or the user level. Any information would be very helpful. Thank you!
