Impossible to delete/edit a delegation rule

Hello experts, with a superuser account I've created a delegation rule for a specific employee using the Manage User Account quick action. I would like to delete it now but I do not have the edit button.
I already have the IT security manager role assigned.
Does anyone know if I need a specific role or privilege that can allow me to do this action?
