Limit access to change prices

We need to limit a user so that he can modify product data such as name, description, etc. but cannot modify product prices and SKUs.

We need to limit one OCC admin user to be able to modify product data like name, description and everything else.
But this user should not be able to modify product prices and SKUs.

In the "User Management" menu we can remove access to the "Catalog" menu but that removes full access to catalog modification. We need the user to be able to modify product data, we only need to remove access to price modification.
