Table based value set passing the value from another table based DFF

Please guide how to create Table based value set passing the value from another table based DFF.

We have created two DFFs of PO and Receipt numbers on payable header DFF.

One DFF is of PO, and another DFF is of receipt number

When we select a PO number on one DFF, the receipt number should only be visible of those receipts on another DFF based on the value selected on DFF of PO.
