ARCS - SSO Login (Okta ) and Native user email/pw login options

Summary:

We had a security finding from our internal audit team where users are configured to use native login to ARCS (email/pw) and also are enabled to use SSO. Can you please guide us for the steps for

  1. Users with SSO can only use Okta login and disable native login for the users.
  2. Users without SSO login (eg: User that is setup to run integration) can still use native login (email/pw)

How do we enable sign on for both the options mentioned above.
