How to add an active Hyperlink using a Descriptive flexfield on PO header

Summary:

We have an external app to create change orders and sent them to fusion cloud Purchasing via REST api. We need to associate these change Orders to the source external legacy app Hyperlink using a PO header field. Since we cannot use the CO header description field because it is useful to describe the CO, we opted to create a Static URL type descriptive flexfield on the PO header.
When the URL comes to Oracle Fusion, it is visible but the Hyperlink is not active; so the user need to copy paste the link in a new tab.
Are we missing something to make this hyperlink active? is it possible to activate it or is there another option to fulfill this operation?
