Is it possible to prevent users from changing the Contract Owner in the Contract Parties tab

Summary:

When Contracts are created and Active, the Parties tab should not be able to be updated by users, unless they are making an amendment to the Contract.

Currently, any user who has a Contract Admin user role can update any Contract and change the Contract Owner for that Contract. We have also found that by giving a user the Contract Read Only role, they can still update the Parties tab and change the Contract Owner.

Is there a way to prevent this? If not, is there a way to notify the Contract Owner of the change, ie notify both the old Contract Owner and the new Contract Owner. Is it possible to route the change for approval, as we can do with Contract Amendments.
