Non-USD Entities are not Consolidating for One Scenario

Summary:

We are moving data from one scenario to another using Data Management (Actual → Budget) on a monthly basis. For February, we noticed that data for NON-USD entities is not consolidating (we do not see any data in the parent currency either). We have checked all possible causes but have been unable to identify the root issue.

As a workaround, we performed the following steps:

  1. Created ODR rules to impact the calculation status for all base entities after the data load is complete.
  2. Ran the ODR rules.
  3. Ran the ComputeRates rule.
  4. Ran the RefreshSDMCurrencyRates rule.
  5. Ran the Foreconsolidate rule.

After completing all these steps, we observed that consolidation/translation is working for NON-USD entities. However, using a workaround is not a best practice. Has anyone else encountered this behavior?
