X-Forwarded-Host is showing OICs hostname

Hi,
We have an OIC application integration that can be triggered from PeopleSoft. I have now added the custom headers X-Forwarded-For, X-Forwarded-Host and X-Real-Ip to see if we can see where the request is coming from. But instead of PeopleSofts ip adress and hostname, we're just seeing this.

Any ideas as to why we're not seeing PeopleSofts ip address and hostname?
