Add rules to Redwood Oracle Search based on the page/flow to limit or expand the search results

In non-redwood UIs we used to be able to put a portion of the department in the search and get all combinations associated but now it wants the name to be exact in order to find it. See Example below. Also, there is another screen in Employment where the search pulls in all of the like terms giving us to many results. We would like to be able to add rules based on the page/flow to limit or expand the search results.
