How to apply Transfer Price in "Internal Requisition - Transfer Order" within Single Business Unit

Hi,
We have a business requirement to have a Transfer Price applied when doing an "Internal Requisition - Transfer Order" within Single Business Unit between the inventory organizations.

I have done the setup of "Transfer Charge Rule Sets" and "Transfer Charge Rules" in Cost & Profit Planning but still i dont see the transfer price not getting applied. Please let us know if I am missing anything on the configuration side.

Also please confirm if the functionality of Transfer Price between the Inventory Organizations within Single BU exists? thanks.
