Smartview user is unable to retrieve data from reports built by others, only ad hoc reports. Upon refresh, the entire sheet turns blank. The user has reinstalled Smartview and Microsoft Office, access has been verified, and all configurations match standard setups. Private connection is the same as set in the pre-populated report.
