Need to add line breaks in Text administration to alter the standard message to customized one

Consider an example of message " Inactive user - user could not be logged in.". I need to customise this text message by adding the link to our service cloud for them to raise a request to access CPQ. The link is different to different steams of the products and I want to message to show in 3 separate lines. Like,
