Business Event "Work Order Update" is triggered multiple times simultaneously

Summary:

I'm facing an issue in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) where the Business Event "Work Order Update" is triggered multiple times simultaneously with the same payload. This results in concurrent executions of the integration, leading to duplicate processing and data inconsistencies.

Is there a way to ensure that the event is processed only once?

The event is duplicated when the Work order changes from "Unrelaised" to "Released" status.

We need that once the WO is released, the event is only generated once.
