Is it possible to send a file from WebContentServer to remote server via SFTP?

I have a BI Publisher report and it is scheduled every day. From time to time its results must be manually edited before it is sent to target server.

So our idea is to upload the report result into WebContentServer, if needed it is downloaded, edited and reuploaded there and then it is sent via SFTP.

Is it possible?
