'Rate Schedules' not appearing in 'Manage Organization Costing Rules' in PPM

We have defined new rate schedules in Oracle PPM, but when accessing 'Manage Organization Costing Rules,' these schedules are not appearing. Could you please advise if there is something we might have overlooked?
