Drop Ship Purchase order Discounting based on Customer Ship to location

Example: Customer = Home Depot submitted the Dropship Sales Order =EDI11344 . It created the Dropship PO = 10001453 and Supplier = Wolf. Price in the PO is populated based on the BPA. But business is asking to apply additional 5% discount on the price in dropship PO, if the Customer is Home Depot. And the 5% discount should not apply if the customer is NOT home depot. Is this possible to apply the discount on dropship PO ?
