Limit access to SKU level attributes

We need to limit a user so that he can modify SKU level attributes but cannot modify one specific SKU level attribute.

As example, we have this SKU level attributes:

• "x_attr1"
• "x_attr2"
• "x_attr3"
• "x_attr4"

We want a role that can, for example, edit the attributes "x_attr1" and "attr2" but cannot edit the attributes "x_attr3" and "x_attr4" (This should include Admin UI and Import CSV).
