Is it possible to create a Movement Request from a Non-Reservable subinventory?

In the current process, businesses purchase materials from vendors for work order completion and ship them directly to customers. To avoid direct reservation against the sales order, we are placing these components in the non-reservable subinventory. However, during the work order Pick Release, components are not being picked from this subinventory. Is there a way to ensure the materials are picked from this subinventory?
