Secure Desktop should support MFA for OS images

Description (Required):

Secure Desktops support authorisation at the OS level by setting the is_auth tag to true. Neither the Web Client or Native Client provide the ability to enter a 2nd factor authentication token or password. This means that MFA cannot be enabled on the desktops.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have a requirement that access to the desktop is fully integrated with OCI IAM and that any activity performed on the desktop is audited and linked to the user rather than the generic desktopuser as currently happens. All authentications MUST support MFA.
