No active offering - Learning Assignment

Hello

I have assigned a course on March 12th 2025 to some learners and when I check the learning assignment, I am really confused when I saw this type of status " No Active Offering ".
Could someone explain to me what this status means please ? Would the learners be able to start the course with this status ?
