We need some assistance to create a report from the budgeting system

There is a requirement to create a report from the budgeting system with the fields

1.Budget year

2.IT Budget allocated by Business Unit

3.IT Budget - Actual vs Variance

4.IT Budget - Monthly, Quarterly burn rate

5.IT Budget as a % of revenue

Could you please help me if there is sample delivered report/ or with table details / code details for the above fields.
