Is it possible to load historical inventory review completed transactions in a new instance?

In the current instance, transactions have been performed which the client want to transfer to a new instance, for a record keeping?

Is it possible via a fbdi file by downloading the Review Completed Transactions custom report and loading it in the new instance?
