I am seeing changes in Data Integration Access with 25.03 update in our Test environment.

I am seeing changes in Data Integration Access with 25.03 update in our environment. We have location security. We also have enabled pipelines for Non admin users and removed Integration Create and Run roles from Power Users. Our Power Users in Production can see only integration for the locations they were assigned access. In Test environment (25.03 patch) they can see and run ALL integrations. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
