Is OCI group viewable in Planning app Access Control once it is assigned to a predefined role

Can someone please confirm if an OCI group is assigned to an application predefined role, the group would appear in the application Access Control? As of one year ago, only the users in the OCI group would appear and not the group itself. I just wanted to know if this change has been added since.

Also, what about an idP group such as an Azure group? Can you assign an Azure group directly to the predefined role in OCI? If yes, would you be able to see the Azure group in Access Control? Or do you need to assign the Azure group to an OCI group then assign to a predefined role?
