Saudi Arabia Excise Tax treatment in oracle fusion

We want to know whether there's a standard functionality in fusion can handle Excise Tax for Saudi araba.

Scenario: we purchased Items (from outside KSA) with 10,000 SAR. Excise Tax= 50% to be paid to the tax authority and to be included in the item cost (as it's a nonrecoverable tax), journal entry that should be generated as follows:

Dr: Inventory 15,000

Cr: Liability-Supplier 10,000

Cr: Excise Tax Payable-Tax Authority 5,000
