Specifications when the status is "Failed" with 3303 in Data Integration

After running the integration, when I checked the process, the job failed with 3303.

Then, when I checked the data in SmartView,all the data except the record that caused the error was integrated into Planning.

When the job becomes "Failed,"
I understood that the process itself will be treated as a failure,
including both normal records and the records that caused the error,
and that the data will not be loaded into Planning (i.e. the data for normal records will not be imported),
but is my understanding incorrect?
