Depreciate option is getting unchecked after identified the Low Value Asset.

We experienced that Depreciation check box getting unchecked after prepare mass addition identifying the low value asset in FA.

May i know if this is the standard functionality that "Depreciate" check box will unchecked for Low Value Asset transaction ? if yes, can you please help with the documents where it is mentioned so we can go through and understand the functionality.
