BI Publisher - RTF Template - Numbered List in Offer Letter

Hello everyone,
I am new to build the BI Publisher, I would like to check a feasibility for my client requirement.

My client offer letter has a numbered list e.g. (a) - (f)

However, (d) is only applicable for Permanent Employee, which means

• Permanent Employee will have (a) - (f) while,
• Contract Employee will only have (a) - (c) and (e) - (f), but suppose the numbering will show (a) - (e) instead.

Does anyone has any idea if BI Publisher can use auto generate the numbered list, instead of building two separated template and hardcode the numbering
