    • Which setup is needed in the IDCS for the users to acces/edit all the tenancies and related apps?

    Hello,


    The customer’s team has requested an extension of their access level from view-only to full access for some users (all the tenancy and related apps). Based on the review of the access categories listed in OracleIdentityCloudService domain -> Security -> Administrators, the following categories were identified, and the customer requested some specific security categories assignments:
    • Some users should be mapped to: Identity Domain Administrator, Security Administrator, Application
    Administrator, Audit Administrator;
    • While other users should be assigned only to: User Administrator; User Manager; Audit Administrator


    However, after following this approach, and adding the users in the Security → Administrators in each domain, we found that simply assigning users to these categories did not work as expected (the users see just the
