Auto Approve while deleting any personal Information

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement below requirement and we were able to achieve 1 and 2 rules but not sure about 3rd rule.

  1. Approval required for Certain transaction in Personal Information Page while Adding / Updating
  2. Auto approval for Certain transaction in Personal Information Page while Adding / Updating
  3. Auto approval for All the transactions on personal information changes while deleting any existing records.

We are not sure if we can achieve the 3rd condition and wanted to check here for any inputs to achieve this solution.
