When setting SPF entries, are these restricted to only mail servers for that specific solution?

Hi,

I have a query regarding SPF policies below if anyone can provide any guidance on this please.

When setting SPF entries, do you know if a SPF entry for Oracle is restricted to only mail servers used for a specific solution? (as the one used in our customer's case looks like a generic Oracle Cloud SPF entry, which would be allowing all mail from anything Oracle Cloud).

The entry in question is "spf_c.oraclecloud.com"

This is related to SR 4-0000288475.
