Fixed asset flex filed value cannot be managed

Summary:

Customer requested as below things:
1: cannot be operate and refere about AFF of GL,
2: Wouldl like to manage and operate Fixed asset flex filed value .

AS we considered customer request, and following function serucity policy , decided to delate belwo items:

Manage All Application Profile Values, Manage Application Descriptive Flexfield, Manage Application Extensible Flexfield, Manage Application Flexfield Value Set, Manage Application Key Flexfield, Manage Financial Application Lookups, Manage My Application Profile Values, Manage Fixed Asset Category

However, after deleted above items, Manage Fixed Asset Flexfield Value Sets disapeared.
Things what would like to know; how could I manage/operate the role and other neccesarry functions to be accomplish the customer's request?
